Let's prepare it together!

Wash the avocado and dry it, divide it into two halves and, being careful not to cut yourself, remove the stone. With a spoon, remove part of the pulp, put it in a bowl and cut it into cubes. Sprinkle the avocado shells and pulp with lemon juice to prevent them from blackening. Add the previously washed and chopped cherry tomatoes to the bowl with the avocado pulp, the chickpeas, a little rocket and season with a pinch of salt and extra virgin olive oil, then mix well.

At this point, take a sachet of Curcuma and Shiitake breadsticks and chop them coarsely. Add the breadsticks to the filling in the bowl and then fill the avocado shells with the prepared topping and top with the balsamic vinegar glaze!

And .. The stuffed avocado is ready!
