The crispy baked zucchini sticks are a crunchy and tasty side dish, which can be used to best accompany any type of main course! Also ideal served as an aperitif together with your favorite sauce!

- 2 packets of wholemeal spelled breadsticks with Shiitake and pumpkin and sunflower seeds
- 2 Zucchini
- 1 large egg
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- ½ clove of garlic
- Fresh oregano and parsley to taste
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Let's prepare it together!
First wash and clean the courgettes, cut them in half and then into fairly thin strips (about 1.5cm thick).
Break the egg into a bowl with high sides and beat it with a whisk or a fork, then add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, a pinch of salt and a little pepper and mix well.
At this point prepare the "breadcrumbs": take two sachets of wholemeal spelled breadsticks with Shiitake and pumpkin and sunflower seeds and put them in the mixer together with the garlic and aromatic herbs of your choice, we used a few leaves of fresh oregano and some parsley! Blend everything at maximum power until you get a homogenous flour!
Pass each courgette stick first in the egg and then in the breadcrumbs of bread sticks, pressing to make the breading adhere well. Place the sticks in a baking tray covered with parchment paper, add salt if necessary and bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° for 15 minutes.
