Energy ball with sweet nut flakes and dates: a boost of natural energy

Energy balls with sweet buns and dates are a healthy and tasty way to fill up on energy. They are perfect for a quick break, a pre-workout snack or as a post-workout snack. Sweet bun flakes are rich in fiber and plant proteins, while dates provide natural sugars and vitamins.
Ingredients:
- 100 g of sweet bun flakes
- 100 g of pitted dates
- 50 g of chopped almonds
- 50 g of sunflower seeds
- 50 g of bitter cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon honey
- A pinch of salt
Preparation:
- In a blender, blend the sweet bun flakes, dates, chopped almonds, sunflower seeds, bitter cocoa powder, honey and salt until a smooth mixture is obtained.
- Form balls with the mixture obtained.
- Store energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for a week.
Advice:
- For an even more intense flavour, you can add a little ground cinnamon or nutmeg to the mixture.
- If you don't have honey available, you can replace it with agave syrup or maple syrup.
- You can customize the energy balls with your favorite ingredients, such as raisins, dried figs or goji berries.
