Gluten-free fit tiramisu: a delicious spoon dessert in a light version, perfect for an energetic and tasty breakfast, ideal for sweets lovers!

Ingredients
- 2 packets of IoBoscoVivo gluten-free cocoa and ginger biscuits
- 100 g plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- 1 cup bitter coffee
- Bitter cocoa to taste
Let's prepare it together!
First prepare a cup of coffee and set it aside to cool. Take the Greek yogurt and add the coconut sugar, then with a spatula, lightly work the yogurt until the mixture is smooth.
Take a glass or an ice cream bowl and compose the fit tiramisu
Wet the biscuits in the bitter coffee, one at a time and quickly so as not to soak them too much and place them in the glass to create the first layer.
Cover the layer of biscuits with a layer of yogurt and repeat the process two more times, thus creating two more layers. Finally dust with a little bit of bitter cocoa. Put the fit tiramisu in the fridge for a few hours before consuming it, you can also prepare it the night before if you want to eat it for breakfast!
