Soft chocolate and shiitake cake with a soft centre

The vegan chocolate and shiitake cake is a perfect dessert for any occasion, very simple and super delicious!! Store the ready-made baking cups in the freezer so that when an unexpected guest arrives you always have a hot dessert ready in just 13 minutes!

Ingredients
- 1 sachet of IoBoscoVivo granulated shiitake mushroom
- 100 g of 70% dark chocolate
- 100 ml of vegetable drink
- 40 g of organic wholemeal flour or rice for the gluten free version
- 80g of coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Water
- Organic grated coconut to taste
Let's prepare them together
First, melt the chocolate in the microwave with two tablespoons of water for about 40 seconds or until it is well melted. Then take a large bowl and pour in the melted chocolate, add the vegetable drink, coconut sugar, wholemeal flour with baking powder and granulated shiitake. Mix well to combine the ingredients. Take 4 baking cups, flour them well with bitter cocoa and then pour the mixture, filling them just over half. Cover each cup with cling film and place them in the freezer for about 1 hour.
After this time the cakes are ready to be cooked! Heat the oven to 180° and cook the cakes for about 13 minutes. Remove from the oven and garnish with organic coconut flakes to taste!
And the chocolate and shiitake cake is ready!
