Ho scoperto IoBoscoVivo quasi per caso, cercando prodotti davvero biologici e con ingredienti puliti… e da allora è un di quei brand che tengo sempre in dispensa.
La cosa che mi ha colpita subito è l’approccio: non il solito “healthy” costruito a tavolino, ma una vera filosofia legata alla natura, alla ricerca e alla qualità delle materie prime. Si percepisce tantissimo la passione dietro ogni prodotto.
Ho provato diversi prodotti della linea colazione e snack, e la differenza si sente davvero: gusti autentici, ingredienti semplici, niente sapori artificiali. Le fragole liofilizzate sono diventate la mia ossessione totale — croccanti, intensissime, sembrano caramelle naturali. Anche i preparati per pancake e i prodotti a base di shiitake mi hanno sorpresa tantissimo per qualità e originalità.
Insuperabili: CREMA DI CHUFA E FARINA DI CHUFA!
Un altro aspetto che adoro è la trasparenza del brand: packaging curato, certificazioni bio, attenzione all’ambiente e una ricerca continua sul benessere alimentare. Finalmente un’azienda italiana che riesce a unire innovazione, gusto e sostenibilità senza risultare “finta healthy”.
Si vede che dietro IoBoscoVivo c’è studio, territorio e amore per ciò che fanno. E oggi, sinceramente, trovare aziende così autentiche non è affatto scontato.
Se amate il cibo sano ma non volete rinunciare al gusto vero, vi consiglio assolutamente di provarlo almeno una volta. Io me ne sono innamorata. 🌿🍄
