Fine sea salt 150g

Sea salt is extracted thanks to the evaporation of sea water, and differs from that which is found as a mineral in the solid state (rock salt). What we propose is obtained by spontaneous evaporation of sea water in a protected area (WWF nature reserve in Sicily).

The salt is harvested by hand according to a thousand-year-old tradition, it is screened and
slightly dried to allow grinding, then packaged without undergoing any further processing. The product is naturally very white and does not contain anti-caking agents or other additives.
